Inigo Ardid is co-president of Key International, a world-class real estate investment and development company with offices in Miami, Florida and Madrid, Spain. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s development projects, as well as the acquisition of new properties.
Ardid is a seasoned real estate developer, who has been involved in more than $1 billion of real estate transactions. His projects include buying and developing rental and for-sale residential properties, purchasing distressed asset notes, and acquiring hotels, office buildings, and retail properties. Ardid has developed over 2,000 residential units, including landmark buildings such as Mint, The Ivy, and Eden House.
Most recently, Ardid spearheaded The Harbour, a two-tower, 425-unit eco-serene luxury condominium development in North Miami Beach, which was just completed. Prior to that, he delivered 400 Sunny Isles, a 230-unit residential condominium and 115-boat slip marina in Sunny Isles Beach, and 1010 Brickell, a 50-story, 387-unit residential building on Brickell Avenue.
Ardid received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
