As of January 2016, Stephanie has taken on a new role as President of Bozzuto Management Company, overseeing more than 50,000 units across 200 properties in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southern regions.

Prior to her new position, Stephanie served as Senior Vice President of Advisory Services and Business Development with Bozzuto’s management company, a division she conceived and grew over the past seven years to a pipeline of more than 15,000 units. This division leads the planning, development and coordination efforts of all new management opportunities. Often on board with clients during their early development stages, the Advisory team is comprised of Analysts and Project Management professionals who provide clients with key services including building and site plan reviews, innovative ideas in technology, design and space programming for apartment units and amenities, brand development, market analyses, and income and expense projections. The team also prepares Request for Proposal responses and oversees property takeover transitions.

Prior to joining Bozzuto Management Company, Stephanie served as a Development Associate and Development Manager for Bozzuto Development Company, where she was responsible for expanding and overseeing market-rate and mixed-income development opportunities, with a principal focus on growing the company’s affordable housing initiative. Stephanie joined Bozzuto in 2004.
